On Monday we took to the stage at St George’s Hall for the annual Musica Spectacular alongside other schools in Bradford! ️

Pupils from Co-op Academy Delius and Co-op Academy Southfield came together to form an incredible, large-scale signing choir. The group performed a moving rendition of "When I Grow Up" from the musical Matilda, a song that captures the wonder and big dreams we hold for the future. 

It was a beautiful full-circle moment for our community; the choir featured a huge range of ages, from our littlest performers in EYFS to older Southfield students who actually began their journey at Delius years ago! 

Our dancers at Co-op Academy Delius absolutely sparkled in their ballet performance of "One Short Day" from Wicked! This year we’ve been working with the incredible Martin Howland from Project Resurgence, to show that ballet is for everybody! A huge shout-out to our two soloists who kicked things off by singing the intro through their headpiece mics and to everyone who took to the stage - you were amazing!
